We've resolved the issue and are working to clear the backlog now. We expect to be up to speed in about 30 minutes or sooner.

Investigating

We're currently looking into delays processing workflows. This does not affect general background processing, just workflows. More news here in 30 minutes or sooner. In the meantime you may find that workflow steps have been processed late or are still waiting to be processed.
