Over the last week, two separate incidents have had an impact on our file cluster. This has caused slower than usual access to emails, templates and file attachments. Knock on effects of these incidents have been having an impact on service quality at various times of day.

We've now put in place measures that will fix this issue, and apologise for the frustration this has caused you.
