Our inbound email service provider has resolved the issue, all email has now been routed. If this affected you today, we're sorry about the hassle.

Update
We're waiting for our email service provider to update us further. They have identified the issue, and are investigating. This isn't affecting outbound email, which is (largely) being sent through a different provider. Some inbound emails are delayed, but email isn't being lost. More information as soon as we have it.

We're still working on this issue. Currently, all emails are being received, but only some emails are being pushed through to customer dashboards.
